Are you ready to boost your income, work in a fun fast-paced environmnet AND make a difference in people's lives?! It sounds like you are ready to join the Anderson Hicks Group as an Inside Sales Agent, or ISA.

Your responsibilities are prospecting, locating, nurturing, and converting new sales opportunities, schedule and set appointments with potential client prospects and manage the distribution of appointments to agent members of the team.

Tactics and actions to fulfill these responsibilities include but are not limited to answering incoming communications such as calls, texts, chats, and emails, cold calling/contacting, mailing lists, community events, and sphere prospecting to include but not limited to circle prospecting, geo leads, old/expired listings, open house prospecting, FSBO, FRBO, Just listed, and Just sold contacts.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial as an Inside Sales Agent. An ISA needs to know when to talk and when to listen. An ISA will also learn how to listen for common objections or smoke screens and utilize sales training to overcome them.
  • Mathematical: Advanced mathematical skills can be useful as an Inside Sales Agent. You will often have to calculate percentages, sales prices and discounts quickly and accurately.
  • Teamwork: As an ISA you work in a team environment. An ISA will have to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members to meet sales goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the sales agent in effectively working in a team environment.
  • Persuasion: Skills in persuasion and influencing can assist an Inside Sales Agent in closing a sale. An ISA will learn to build relationships, develop trust and learn when to persuade.

Transaction Duties

Inside Sales Agents use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of the AHG standards and convert leads into appointments for sales opportunity distribution. Inside Sales Agents will be expected to complete the following duties:

  • Prospect sales leads through various tools, means, and techniques.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with new, current, and/or past clients to encourage trust and loyalty and buy or sell a property.
  • Continually follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sale/nurturing process.
  • Understand the AHG value proposition and champion these to all prospects.
  • Understand, meet, and exceed Sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Continually improve sales skills to increase growth, individual and team success.
  • Work as a team both within the ISA group as well as with agents and the rest of the success team.
  • Track and document accurate reporting of performance on a regular basis. This includes but is not limited to daily Matrix sessions and proper notations in CRM for all tasks.
  • Receives objectives and collaboratively determines approach to achieving objectives.
  • Integrates customer/client needs and concerns with business issues.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for performance and reporting.
  • Assist success teams with data tracking and analysis of KPIs and special projects when needed
  • Produce job aids and process documentation when needed.

  • Must have or be able to acquire in the first 180 days of employment an active Real Estate Agent License.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation development & delivery skills.
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to balance multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with executives, peers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and be able to effectively multi-task in a very fast paced environment
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with Sales organizations.

  • Ability to think on their feet and adapt to a changing environment.
